HOW TO PLAY

Stack Smart, Clear Fast

TETRIO is a free block-stacking puzzle game: guide falling pieces into complete rows before the stack reaches the top. Here's what makes it click.

1. Move and Rotate

   Use the arrow keys, or swipe on mobile, to slide each falling piece left and right. Rotate with ↑ or X — the Super Rotation System's wall kicks let pieces twist into tight corners instead of getting stuck.

2. Follow the Ghost Piece

   The ghost piece is a translucent outline that always shows exactly where your piece will land, so you can plan your next few moves without guessing.

3. Clear Lines and Score

   Fill an entire row to clear it — a single line scores 100 points, a Tetris (four rows at once) scores 800, and T-spins score even more, from 400 up to 1,600 — all multiplied by your current level. Clear two Tetrises or T-spins in a row for a back-to-back ×1.5 bonus, and keep clearing without a miss to stack combo points too. A perfect clear — wiping the board completely — is worth 3,000 points times your level.

4. Hold and Plan Ahead

   Swap your current piece into Hold once per drop, and check the Next panel to see the three pieces coming up so you can plan several moves in advance.

5. Make It Yours

   Switch between 9 visual and sound themes, rotating background photos, a shuffled background music playlist, and a light or dark interface — all saved automatically in your browser.
